Lost and Found | GoTriangle FAQs

FAQsHere at GoTriangle we get asked a lot of questions about transit schedules, bus etiquette, future projects and much more. Sometimes we get asked the same question, concern or compliment many times over. In our latest blog segment we talk about one of our most frequently asked question: Does GoTriangle have a lost and found?

Recently, we got this compliment submitted to us by email. It reminded us that we should probably refresh our customers on our Lost and Found policy.

I ride the 800 bus to Chapel Hill a couple of days a week. I’m so thankful for the ride and really enjoy the convenience of it all. On Tuesday, I left my wallet on the bus, but didn’t realize it until hours later. I was worried, but hopeful. I was so thankful to learn that the bus driver turned in my wallet, with nothing missing. Thank you for all your hard work and for going the extra mile for me! – Andrea

Andrea got her wallet back safe and sound thanks to her awesome and attentive driver, but also because she followed our policy.
